1. Whats the difference between whole house residential water decaler WD001 and CM series?
The Main difference for WDOO1 and CM series is they have the different size with different flow rate. WD001 is mainly used for
whole home application, while CM series is mainly used for commercial such as water boiler, commercial kitchen, buildings, hotel
etc.
2. How I can measure efficiency of ScaleDp water descaler?
Please note ScaleDp water descaler can not make the water softer and its not adding anything to water. There are special official
tests, where you measure the amount of scale on heating elements from water heaters and you compare it to not treated water. We
have done them many times and we have proven by SGS that our products are efficient up to 76% and the CM series can be efficient
up to 90%
3. What is the warranty of ScaleDp water descaler?
We offer 3 years warranty.
4. Do you have stock for your water descaler and what is your lead time?
We hold stock for our WD001 water descaler and can ship out 1-2 days after getting paid, but the CM series is approximately 1 week
time lead time.
